This Privacy Policy describes how ROARC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Cooking Odyssey (the "Game"), available on Google Play. By installing or using the Game, you agree to the practices described here.
1Information we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. The Game and the third-party services it uses may collect the following:
Collected automatically
- Advertising identifiers — a resettable advertising ID used to serve and measure ads.
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system version, language, and general (non-precise) location inferred from IP, plus basic crash and performance data.
Google Play Games Services
If you sign in, your Play Games player ID and display name are used to enable login, leaderboards, and achievements. We do not receive your Google password or email through this.
Purchases
When you buy items (such as in-game coins), Google Play Billing processes the payment. We receive a confirmation that a purchase occurred, but we never receive or store your card or banking details.
2How we use information
- To run core gameplay, save progress, and sync leaderboards and achievements.
- To display advertising and keep the Game free to play.
- To process and validate in-app purchases.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve the Game.
3Third-party services
The Game relies on the following Google services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
Google AdMob — advertising
Serves ads and may use your advertising ID for personalized advertising. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Play Games Services — login & leaderboards
Manages player identity, achievements, and leaderboards. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Play Billing — purchases
Processes all in-app payments securely. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
4Advertising & your choices
Ads may be personalized based on your advertising ID. You can limit or reset this at any time in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads, where you can also opt out of ad personalization.
5Children's privacy
The Game is not directed to children under the age required by law in your country (generally 13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
6Data sharing & retention
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above to operate the Game. Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described, or as required by law.
7Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
8Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
